Kinetic Youth Academy offers FANTASTIC parties to suit your every need. Whether it's a birthday, an event, or a field trip for your special group, we offer a party filled with excitement and fun!

Contact KYA to reserve a party slot today. Parties can be booked up to 4 months in advance. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.

Registration is first-come, first served so reserve your event EARLY! All online event registrations will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Looking for a fun-filled and exciting birthday party? Kinetic Youth Academy offers exactly what you’re looking for! Our parties are full of safe, fun activities designed to make your child’s birthday a special day to remember. We have several party packages to choose from:

Basic Birthday Party
Members $175.00 Non-members $195.00
One hour of safe, fun play in our children’s gym supervised by our staff, and one hour in our Party
Room. The hour of gym play includes obstacle courses, cooperative games, climbing, jumping, and parachute games. The package includes:

•One hour of supervised play for 15 guests (Birthday child not included)
•One hour in our Party Room
•Paper products (napkin, plate, cup, tablecloth)
•Special gift for Birthday child
•18 Custom KYA Invitations

Deluxe Birthday Party
Members $205.00 Non-members $225.00
All the fun of our basic birthday party, plus several services to make the day easier for parents. We'll order the food for you, and provide a staff member to serve your guests in the Party Room. We aren't making the food, only having it delivered. The package includes everything in the Basic Birthday Party, as well as:

•3 large cheese pizzas
•Juice boxes for all party guests
•A server in the party room

Special Theme Birthday Party
Members $225.00 Non-members $245.00
Make your child’s birthday party really special with a party theme geared toward their interests. You choose the theme, and we’ll do the rest! The package includes everything in the Deluxe Birthday Party, as well as activities focused on the chosen theme. We offer Gymnastics, Fitness, Sports, and Dance themes.

Family Open Gym
We offer 2 weekly sessions of Family Open Gym to all of our students, their families, and guests. Kinetic Youth Academy students and their parents may attend this special event as a part of their membership, or to make-up for any classes missed due to illness or scheduling issues.

Guests may attend our Family Open Gym for a $10 fee per family. CURRENTLY ENROLLED students are FREE! This is a great way to spend quality family time focused on fitness, as well as a wonderful way to share the Kinetic Youth Academy with friends and family!

Holiday Happenings
Throughout the year, Kinetic Youth Academy will offer special events geared toward enjoying the season, and celebrating special holidays. Information can be found on our front counter, as well as in our Newsletter, about special holiday happenings.

Download this document or pick up a copy at KYA. If you have not used our online registration system it must be completed prior to any party.

Contact KYA to reserve a party time. We book up to 4 months in advance.

$100 non-refundable deposit required to guarantee your reservation.

Reservations accepted on-line, in person, or by phone, fax, and mail.

Full payment is due when you receive your custom KYA invitations.

All party participants must complete an Assumption of Risk Waiver of Liability, included on the KYA invitations, or download and complete a KYA Registration Form.

Feel free to “double up” with a sibling or friend.

Additional guests beyond 15 participants may attend for a $10 fee per additional guest, payable on the day of your party. Please notify KYA if you plan to have more than 15 participants.
